Hello Internetlings...or should I say online friends with whom I have yet to become acquainted. My name is Kendra and I am embarking on a number of new endeavors at the moment.
Firstly, I decided several months ago to finally begin the crafts business I have been contemplating since college. So, I have been making stock so that I can attend area craft fairs and open an Etsy store. I primarily make handcrafted cards and stationery, women's and children's crocheted gifts, and some holiday décor items. Needless to say my hands never stop moving.
And now I have found more work for my aching digits by starting a podcast and accompanying blog. But, I think it will be fun and I am looking forward to making some connections with like minded folks. So I hope you will all bear with me as I attempt to figure out all of the technology necessary. And also be lenient as this homeschooling mom tries to make time in my already hectic life.
So the plan, as of right this minute, when everyone else is blissfully asleep in my house, is that I shall record a podcast in the morning while my hubby escorts the brood to the library. We will see how long recording, and editing (I don't plan on much...I'm hoping one shot and I'm done), and uploading (I've heard this can take forever) take me. If all goes according to plan you should have something to watch on Wednesday or Thursday. But we'll see. As far as blogging. Right now I'm thinking I'll just post my rambly thoughts when the mood strikes, but maybe it will become more regular and planned out if I can swing it.
